about our favorite author!
Christal, about 29 years ago your mom was blessed with a very special bundle of joy. This little bundle of joy was a very special person with very special qualities. God also implanted in your mom's heart & mind a name for this special bundle of joy and that name was Christal. If you will look at some christal sometime you will see that christal is very delicate, very fragile and very beautiful and since you have all of those wonderful qualities the Lord wanted your name to be Christal. Now because of all these wonderful qualities christal must always be kept in special places; and since the Lord made you a very special Christal you must always be cared for with special love. Christal is always kept in special places where it can be seen and shown to all, just like you. The precious Holy Spirit has taken you with His tender hands and placed you in the hearts of many many people around the world through your book, poems etc. so the world will always see the preciousness and beauty of Christal. You are precious my child and the world sees all.
God bless you, LaRue
Tell Ms. Chrystal I have been cuddling up the last two nights on these snowy days and enjoying her book! It has been a great experience so far! I
have just finished the part where Lindsey has come home for Christmas!! I love it! I can't imagine how awful that would be for a mother to go
without her daughter that long and then wow what a Christmas miracle!!! I love it and can't wait to finish it!!! I am not much of a reader, but when
it is a great book like that I can't hardly put it down. Love, Jeanne
Hey Christal,
I wanted you to know that I read your book over the holidays and really enjoyed it and found it inspiring. God has given you a gift and I know that you will continue to use it for His glory. Thanks for encouraging me and being a good friend to me.
God bless, Dusty
I missed the book so much when I was done lol. Christal has sure inspired me. Have a happy and blessed day! Love you!!!

You know, I finished her book about one year ago and the thing that struck me the most, out of the entire book, was what inspired the girl to grab her miracle, and the way Cristal presented it. She was not filled with self-pity. Wasn't even thinking of herself, angry with God, jealous of those who had it easier. It was her love for her friend that catapulted her into the miracle she received. That stuck in my mind so clearly.

Hi Christal,
I received the book yesterday afternoon and finished reading it this morning. I tremendously enjoyed it. There were moments of intrigue, moments of sorrow, moments of anticipation, moments of pain, moments of tears, moments of compassion, moments of excitement... but from beginning to end filled with inspiration.
Thank you so much for the book, and I will be reading it again and again. The inspiration for me is absolutely tremendous. Your "Inspired" Southern Friend Out West, LaRue
I am so glad that things are looking up for you, Christal! You must keep me posted on the news with your book, sequel, song-writing deals. ;o) That's exciting stuff and I know that out Heavenly Father has wonderful plans for you and that He always has. You will touch and have touched so many people with your kindness and love. Those are already awesome gifts to have given this world. What wonderful things we can do when we plant a seed and trust and know that God will help it grow! Love, Nicole

Hi Christal. Jeannie Jones here. I'm sorry I haven't let you know sooner, but I just LOVED your book! I had told your Mom I wanted to finish another book I was reading first, but that book was just boring me to pieces, and I couldn't wait to get to yours, so I gave up on the other one. I read your book in one day, which is unusual for me, with all the many interuptions I have. But I had to find out how it ended! You did such a great job of weaving everything together. The characters were so real! When will the next one be out? There IS a next one, right? God Bless you for all you do for Him. Love, Jeannie
Christal,
I started reading your book when I got it in the mail, but hadn't had a chance to finish it until now. I really enjoyed reading it and getting to know all the characters. I was most struck, and I mean really struck, by Laura's miracle, not so much by the miracle itself (though it was beautiful), but by the motivation for the miracle. It really surprised me that her miracle was not motivated so much by a desire to be healed herself, but by her love for her friend. This makes your book really different and special. To see Laura's deep love for others motivate her own healing is something not many people put into words.
Being a counselor, and seeing so many people who have wanted to be healed, I can't say that I have ever seen this happen. But, I would bet that it happened to you. Your love for other people helped you to walk (and now run), metaphorically speaking of course. To me, this was the most powerful message of the book, and it has stuck with me. The Lord has brought this to my mind several times since I read that part a couple of weeks ago.
You have a wonderful heart and a wonderful gift. And, knowing something about your story, I could just see this miracle having happened to you also. Just beautiful. You are walking, Ms. Christal, because you have a great love for God and others in your heart. Praise God!
Many More Blessings, Kathy (Joy Bell--Christian Artist)

Hi Christal!
I checked out your website and read some of your poetry... What great news! I am so happy for you and am certain that you are feeling very proud to be a published author now! Bryan's Mom is an author and it took her 10 some odd years to get published. You're right... it just takes some faith and persistence and it can happen. I especially liked your poems called "Be of Good Cheer" and "My Friend." They were very inspirational and touched my heart. :o) You're a gifted writer.
Love, Nikki Denosky
Christal,
That is such exciting news about your book! Praise to Jesus! I am praying to Jesus for you right now. I am truly thankful to Him for you. I also really appreciate your prayers for me!

Thank you so much for your email, Christal. First of all, please let me apologize for not responding back to you before now. Unfortunately, because of other responsibilities and commitments my email has been set aside since the beginning of the year. As usual, things have been so busy around here. I am so excited to be back out with Women of Faith this spring. And I am sure you have already seen my new book, Layers, which I hope you have had a chance to read. Thanks for your support and encouragement.
Blessings,
Sandi (Patty--Gospel singer and good friend of Christal's)
Christal,
Just wanted to say congratulations on your book and thank you for remembering my birthday. Hope you are having a blessed day.

Christal,
"First let me say that I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!! And, I think I speak for everyone in our family here. Everyone has to do what is right for them, so your decision is supported by all of us :o) In the spirit for doing things that we have really enjoyed in the past, how about cookies again this year? Want to help me make some?" (from Michelle, supporting
Christal for speaking up for what she believes in)
(from Justin, a friend in bible study...had been praying, & sent in an email)
"Cristal is blessed and is a blessing to the group and those I know that know her."
Christal,
I received your file and it is just fine. I did not have time to read as much of the manuscript as I would have liked to, but I did stop at Chapt 5 and read through it. I enjoyed it very much. Christal, you have been touched by the Lord with a real gift, and I hope that you will continue to use it.
Blessings

None of that surprises me. God simply has his hands on Christal -- and anybody who can't understand that is just missing out on knowing what it's like to deal with HIS EARTH ANGELS. Sista B
